ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has admitted that in the Senate elections, 16 of our members sold themselves for money.


A meeting of the parliamentary party was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan in which members of PTI and allied parties participated. According to sources, the Prime Minister took the members into confidence on the decision to take a vote of confidence and said No, he should express it openly.


On the occasion, PTI members chanted slogans in favor of the Prime Minister while members from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa became emotional. The members of the assembly said that we will take over the constituency of the Prime Minister but you should stick to your goal.


Addressing the meeting, the Prime Minister said that you have been sent to the House by the people entrusting you to vote. You decide on the basis of conscience. It is unwise to vote with money. I speak directly. Sell ​​yourself so if you are wrong in the eyes of the members then of course leave me alone.


The Prime Minister said that I have started politics with a purpose, I believe in democracy and freedom of speech when no one could blackmail me.


Expressing reservations on behalf of GDA at the meeting, Fehmida Mirza said that PTIMPs did not vote for our Senate candidate as promised so we want the Prime Minister to investigate the matter, despite the reservations. You have confidence and we stand by you. The Prime Minister said that we will take action against those who sold votes in Sindh.
