LAHORE: The 23rd meeting of the Syndicate was held today at Fatima Jinnah Medical University under the chairmanship of Punjab Health Minister Dr Asman Rashid. MS Government Mozang Teaching Hospital Dr. Munir Ghauri, Chartered Accountant All Imran Siddiqui and members of the Department of Finance, Higher Education and other syndicates participated.
Registrar Fatima Jinnah Medical University presented the contents of the agenda of the syndicate meeting during the meeting. Provincial Minister for Health Dr Yasmeen Rashdeen endorsed all the decisions of the 22nd Syndicate meeting. The post of Assistant Accounts Officer was also approved by the department.
The syndicate meeting also approved the renovation of Shujaat Ali Hall of Fatima Jinnah Medical University Hostel and the recruitment of cleaning and security staff for Fatima Jinnah Medical University and hostels.
The syndicate meeting also approved lift for the convenience of disabled students and employees of Fatima Jinnah Medical University and setting up of parking stand and canteen at Government Mozang Teaching Hospital for the convenience of patients. PLA Budget 2020 of Government Mozang Teaching Hospital -21 approved.
The meeting approved project vacancies available in Punjab Thalassemia Prevention Program. The syndicate meeting also approved recruitment of consultant for development projects of Sargangaram Hospital besides recruitment of consultant for reforms and coordination and financial management of Fatima Jinnah Medical University. ۔
Provincial Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid said that important decisions have been taken for the convenience of female students and employees of Fatima Jinnah Medical University.
